Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for digital products under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 14 days of purchase
- Product does not function as described
- Major technical issues preventing use
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Product significantly differs from description
Not Eligible for Refund
- Request made after 14 days of purchase
- Change of mind after using the product
- Product works as described but doesn't meet expectations
- License has been used extensively
- Violation of product license terms
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first
Refund Request Process
Timeline
- Submit request: Within 14 days of purchase
- Review time: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
How to Request a Refund
- Go to your Licenses page in your dashboard
- Find the purchase you want to refund
- Click "Request Refund" and select a reason
- Provide a detailed description of the issue
- Submit your request and wait for our review
Refund Reasons Explained
Product Not as Described
The product's functionality, features, or content significantly differs from what was advertised on the product page. Please provide specific examples of the discrepancies.
Technical Issues
The product has bugs, errors, or compatibility issues that prevent normal use. We recommend first contacting the creator for support, as many issues can be resolved quickly.
Accidental Purchase
You accidentally purchased the wrong product or purchased by mistake. Requests should be made as soon as possible after the purchase.
Duplicate Purchase
You were charged multiple times for the same product. Our system typically prevents this, but if it occurs, we will refund the duplicate charges.
After a Refund is Approved
Once your refund is approved:
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately
- You will no longer have access to download the product
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- Creator earnings from the sale will be adjusted accordingly
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund:
- When only part of the product is defective
- When you've used the product for an extended period
- When a compromise is reached between you and the creator
Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
If you have a dispute, please email us or submit a refund request. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Creator Protection
To protect our creators from fraudulent refund requests:
- We investigate all refund requests thoroughly
- Patterns of abuse may result in account restrictions
- Creators are notified of refund requests for their products
- Repeated fraudulent requests will result in account termination
Free Products
Free products do not have associated purchases and therefore do not require refunds. If you're having issues with a free product, please contact the creator directly or report the issue through our support system.
